“We were on a work trip and booked this place pretty last-minute. From the pictures we had expected a nice place, but sometimes you never know what you’ll actually get. This was not the case. We got EXACTLY what we expected and the pictures were very accurate! The only thing we didn’t know was that it was a townhome connected to other units. Maybe I overlooked the detail when booking, but we thought it was a separate house. Not a big deal, just maybe something to clarify! Otherwise the place was clean, quiet, and comfortable! Would stay again for sure.”

The condo is tucked inside the beautiful PGA National community, which felt safe, quiet, and just really calming. You can tell the place is well cared for, and it had everything I needed to feel right at home.
David was an excellent host—clear, responsive, and made the whole process super smooth. Check in was easy with the keyless entry, and parking was hassle-free (which I really appreciated).
The space was spotless, well-stocked, and just had a good energy. Whether you’re in town for work, golf, or just need a reset, this is definitely a place I’d come back to. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a no stress, comfortable spot in Palm Beach Gardens.”

“My wife and I took our one year old on his first true vacation for an April break getaway. David was incredibly responsive and we were accommodated from the start. They had a high chair and crib with mattress available for our little one. Plenty of amenities on site and the bed was incredibly comfortable as well. Location was fantastic as well. Minutes drive away from shops, dining, and entertainment. Maybe about 15-20 minutes from Jupiter Beach, which is where we went (Juno is about 10 minutes closer we just prefer Jupiter). We look forward to coming back.”

Getting in was sometimes a bit tricky due to the proactive security guards, but it added to the feeling of safety. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. “We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was newly renovated and very comfortable for my husband and me, my daughter and her fiancé, my daughter and her husband, 3 year old and 8 month old. It was convenient to the community pool where we spent a lot of time. We were there for a wedding and able to walk to the Friday night and Sunday morning venues. It was really fun, clean and easy. The one thing is it seems they won’t be able to accommodate any early checkin or late checkouts, so plan accordingly.”
“This was our 2nd stay at a property managed by Guaranteed Rentals. The house was clean and modern. It was right on the golf course and fun to sit in the screened-in porch and watch the golfers. The house is updated and has new appliances. It’s in a safe and convenient area close to anything you might need. Highly recommend!”
“The listing was just as the pictures depicted. Instructions on check-in were very simple and easy. The second floor condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The condo location was very central to all the places we wanted to go and the neighborhood was gated and we felt very safe. The view of the golf course from the screened in porch was lovely. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and handled all our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!”
“Gorgeous stay. We were not able to get into the home early but there were many things for us to do while they prepared their room. They reserved the library for my son to take a zoom call for school and my husband was able to book a board room meeting where they served coffee and tea for his guests. Very unexpected perks. We especially liked the location on the Championship course which was perfect for watching golf, including the tournament in late February, from the screened patio. Easy parking and lots of walking paths throughout PGA National, in addition to nearby shopping and dining in Palm Beach Gardens and other nearby towns. What a great spot to spend the winter in Florida !”
“The home has a great view of a golf course. It has common area open design. The master bedroom is large and very comfortable. Sheets are soft , bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is immaculate, shower is large and updated. Kitchen is top notch. Very clean overall. Nicely decorated. Very quiet area. Safe shaded parking area for your vehicle. Secure, gated community. I would highly recommend this home.”

Rachael, the manager, was exceptional! We came down for Super Bowl weekend to spend time with a dear friend who has been paralyzed for 10 years, along with friends he has known for 40 years. The property itself was outstanding—beautiful, well-maintained, and the rooms were fantastic.
Beyond that, Rachael went above and beyond, even helping us secure another place at the Ritz-Carlton to extend our stay for a few more days. “The apartment was clean and beautiful. Towels, shampoos all set up like you’re in a hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful balcony with lounge chairs! Exactly like the photos. Great location, beautiful amenities, concierge was helpful as well, excellent 5 star service throughout the hotel, spa, pool and beach. David is a great host and was very responsive. “We loved our stay on this golf course. Waking up to that gorgeous view was a treat. The place is new, clean, and had great amenities. Hosts were responsive when we needed things, and sent us new towels and worked to make sure our stay was great. The beds were super comfortable, showers were high end, 3 water features. Loved the newly renovated spaces and decor. Everything was clean and bright and perfect for our family of college aged kids and their friends. The king bedroom with the double set of double bed bunk beds was perfect. Bed linens and pillows were also great. It was great to be able to do laundry there and use the nice kitchen as well.”

“We enjoyed the stay in your villa. Very nicely done with the modem and clean look. The location of the unit is great, we watched people playing through the second hole of the Champion course and approached the green. It’s an easy walk to the PGA resort club house either through the path of first two holes after hours or through the villa community path to driving range. “Our family’s stay was exceptional! The condo is as advertised, if not better. The amount of space and the layout was perfect for a family of 4. The huge balcony was great for morning coffee and meals. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a great meal. The pool areas were fantastic with direct access to the beach. The kids really enjoyed watching a Disney movie in the private theater room. Our host David was very responsive and the staff on site was extremely friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely plan to stay here again next time we are in the area.”
“Very beautiful condo on the 19th floor. The pics and descriptions of the condo and amenities were accurate. We really enjoyed the balcony/patio and view. It was spectacular! Eating home made breakfast on the balcony overlooking Singer Island, Peanut Island, and the inter coastal water way was amazing, especially from the 19th floor. We loved it! Thanks!”
“The condo was excellent and spotless. The area was serene and beautiful. The building occupants were friendly beyond expectation. The building amenities were great. They offered aqua aerobics in the morning and poolside ordering from the restaurant. The pool was beautiful and scenic. The private beach was very nice. Building staff was amazingly friendly.
The only downside to my trip was the 11am fire drills and alarm testing daily throughout my trip. I’m an early riser, but still found this to be a daily annoyance. This happened 3 of the 4 days of my trip. I’m assuming other guests will not have this experience and that it was hopefully unique to my stay.
The building has high security, so getting in and out is a bit of a song and dance, but ultimately I felt very safe.
I would not feel comfortable staying here with children of any age- including teens. The balcony is on the 26th floor after all.
Overall I would stay here again if the host would have me. It’s a lovely condo.”

The property was clean well done designed beautifully extremely comfortable and had Everything that we needed our host David was extremely responsive when we had any questions! “Sep-Oct 2024 I stayed 28 days, beautiful unit, clean, its bigger than it looks in the photos. High ceilings. Furnishings were the same as in the photos. Modern kitchen appliances, great blender. Terrific water pressure. Comfortable couch, beds and bedding. Quiet unit didn’t hear neighbors through the walls. Quiet secure neighborhood located within the gates of the PGA. Great for long walks. Ten min. from I-95, Exit 79. Publix is 5 min away. Parents, the hot tub is secured by a screened safety fence with a safety latch on the top of the gate. Bird watchers, beautiful variey of birds to view from the lanai and while on walks! Nice grounds. I didn’t hear the golfers or carts upon approach from the lanai. A short walk to the pool. Car dependent for dining & getting around. Garage & 1 outdoor space is near the unit front door. I had a very nice time. The owner was nice & responsive. I notified him upon check out that the was no hairdryer or extra blankets. He said he would remedy this. 👍”
“My wife and I always enjoy our stay here. The place is always clean and the amenities are plentiful (gym, library, pool, lounge area with pool table, movie room). The partial ocean view is amazing, a little noisy from the parking lot off the balcony, but with all this place has to offer it’s minimal to the great time we always have. We will be back!”

“We had a great stay for four nights at this condo. The owner was responsive via text, and everything was squeaky clean and as described. The grounds are well kept and the pool was clean and not crowded. The beach was also not crowded and we felt safe there. If you are looking for a high end condo with excellent grounds this place checked all those boxes. We found Publix less than a 2 minute drive away if you need groceries. I have nothing bad to say about this place other than the elevator didn’t work for a few minutes. The staff promptly fixed it and the owner was on top of it as well. I would highly recommend and we will be back.”
“BEAUTIFUL place, the rooms were nice and the kitchen was beautiful. The balcony was nice with great sunlight on one side and shade on another, ample enough seating, and wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The town we were located in was BEAUTIFUL with great food and a seriously beautiful beach (water was AMAZING.) Mall and downtown was about a 5 minute drive from us!
David was very responsive and provided us with a GREAT hosting environment. Loved this place and the safety we felt with the security system. Everything was great and my party and I would absolutely stay here again!”
“We were in town for both business and personal reasons. The unit was clean, well equipped, well located with good wifi. Nice to have one bedroom and bath downstairs for my mom. Master and another bedroom upstairs, each with its own bath. Nice set up. Communication was very good. Exceptional to have access to a garage especially in the south Florida heat. Lovely view over the golf course and it’s a nice community to walk in. The pool is quite close and very inviting. We would definitely rebook.”

“Great stay at this property! We felt every bit at home, it’s spotlessly clean, neat and has very nice features throughout the home. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the essentials and some nice upgraded appliances, we cooked most of our meals at home and my family absolutely loved the place! The property looks exactly like the pictures! The owners were very responsive and check in was a breeze! We traveled with our mini schnoodle and she loved to take walks in the quiet neighborhood. The property is close to the mall and has grocery stores very close by(Whole Foods and Publix). We highly recommend this property and if we are ever back in the area, we will definitely be staying here again!”
“Incredible location on Singer Island! The host we communicated with (Jamie) was professional, reliable, proactive and helpful. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were perfect. The condo overlooks the bay side (I do wish it was ocean) but the view is EXACTLY as displayed in the pictures so it’s hard to be disappointed. Checkin was easy and accommodating. The condo has two pools (neither of which were overwhelmingly busy during our stay) and is steps from the beach. The staff was incredibly nice and offered fruit flavored water at every turn, pool towels, beach towels and general hospitality. Unfortunately, the restaurant/bar closes daily at or before 7pm.
I would highly recommend this condo for the location, service and general experience!”
“Our stay was so wonderful!!! The location was perfect for us. It was close to everything golfing, beaches, shopping, and grocery. The condo was located in a very quiet area, gated community. All of the amenities were just as described. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We looked forward to sunrises/sunsets each day. The view was so gorgeous! “The unit was just as described and the St. Regis is a wonderful property. The unit overlooks the adult pool and is on the 4th floor. You are across the street from Bal Harbour with great restaurant options. Keep in mind the unit is privately owned and not run by the Ritz so you may want to bring your own quality shower soap/gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc. as they are basic brands. Also while towels and hand towels are provided there are no wash cloths. I’m curious why the key pod isn’t kept at the hotel but about two blocks away in a parking lot lock box. We stayed in another unit a few years ago and the hotel was very accommodating to hold the key. Nonetheless, great stay, easy access to walk/run trail adjacent to the beach. Would definitely stay again.”

“Wonderful stay at a truly lovely place. It was clean with ample supplies of sheets,towels etc. comfortable beds and plenty of cookware to enable entertaining as well as everyday meals. Nice view of the golf course also. You will enjoy your stay if you choose to book this property. We are a bit older so th tv’s were our only challenge but if your young or know streaming etc you will be fine”
“This is a residence at the Ritz Carlton residences on Singer island. Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony. Just like the pictures. The staff of the building are very friendly. They were great helping with check-in and really anything else we needed. The amenities are fantastic. 2 pools and a private beachfront. Gym was nice. Complimentary coffee in the morning. Beautiful residence. In addition to the nice balcony, the kitchen/living area were clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. Really just a comfortable place in every way. Parking was complimentary. There are 2 spaces that are available in the parking garage that come with this unit. All in all it is just as they advertise it.
I will say, when I initially reached out before I booked I got stock responses to my questions that seemed like maybe they are some type of chat bot and I never felt like I was talking to a person. That is different after you book. They were very easy to contact and very responsive during our stay!”

The only negative was that there were no cushions for 2 of the chairs on the outside balcony, when I inquired, I was told they were working to replace them, which did not happen during our stay.”

“Honestly, one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed in southern Florida. The beach was amazing. The heated pool at St. Regis was 5 stars. The employees at the hotel are sooo nice! You can get food and drinks delivered to you right at the beach, best meal I had there.
The room itself was super luxurious. It was clean! Which I was very worried about cause I had been coming from the Diplomat Hotel Resort earlier that day, which was disgusting. So this stay was my ultimate escaped. Loved it!”
