My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb on Sunny Island, Florida! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shops, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process seamless and offering great local recommendations. I especially loved the outdoor space—it was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and sunny escape!

The apartment was clean and beautiful. Towels, shampoos all set up like you’re in a hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful balcony with lounge chairs! Exactly like the photos. Great location, beautiful amenities, concierge was helpful as well, excellent 5 star service throughout the hotel, spa, pool and beach. David is a great host and was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. Nothing negative to say, everything was amazing!!

Bello apartamento, limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado!! Solo habría querido mejor comunicación el día de llegada ya que me fue difícil encontrar la llave. Sartenes en muy mal estado pero yo compré uno y lo dejé allí para próximos huéspedes.

Great location . Good value , but it is not St Regis level . Cleaning level , bedding , pillows , mattreses are not 5 star hotel . Make sure you don’t leave any of your valuable belongings , it will not be found . David is very nice , but his cleaning crew are not honest.
The room was beautiful and had enough space for each kid to have their own bed. We enjoyed our trip very much. Make sure to get a croissant from the bakery in lobby if you go.

The unit was just as described and the St. Regis is a wonderful property. The unit overlooks the adult pool and is on the 4th floor. You are across the street from Bal Harbour with great restaurant options. Keep in mind the unit is privately owned and not run by the Ritz so you may want to bring your own quality shower soap/gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc. as they are basic brands. Also while towels and hand towels are provided there are no wash cloths. I’m curious why the key pod isn’t kept at the hotel but about two blocks away in a parking lot lock box. We stayed in another unit a few years ago and the hotel was very accommodating to hold the key. Nonetheless, great stay, easy access to walk/run trail adjacent to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Honestly, one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed in southern Florida. The beach was amazing. The heated pool at St. Regis was 5 stars. The employees at the hotel are sooo nice! You can get food and drinks delivered to you right at the beach, best meal I had there.
The room itself was super luxurious. It was clean! Which I was very worried about cause I had been coming from the Diplomat Hotel Resort earlier that day, which was disgusting. So this stay was my ultimate escaped. Loved it!
The room was fantastic and the hotel is beautiful.
